How should the school of the 21st century be?

The mission of the school in our times should not be to homogenize or instruct the students, but to promote that each student builds his personality and develops to the maximum according to his abilities, that is, he must help the students to discover their potential, promote them and work to develop it.

In the following video, they talk about 21st century education, where Professor Dr. Daniel Casado Rigalt analyzes 21st century education and the perspectives that pedagogues handle for the so-called "school of the future". 

In this school, identity, individual conscience and personality are established as priorities and the teacher or educator must promote tolerance and avoid segregation. It establishes an education related to technology where the future will be a global student body with access to information far superior to the current ones and with a more universal and less localist mentality. Duties will be replaced by a need for feedback, research and exchange.
